2009 Membership forms are now available below and on the Centers website http://www.hawaiianculturalcenter.org/ . Once on the website...click on "Our Services" then click on "Wa'a" to access the forms. Or click on links below:

All Members will need to print out and sign each form. Checks are to be made out to KLMF (Ka Lama Mohala Foundation) or you may pay by Credit Card during the Center hours.
