Hui Paoakalani is Utah's FIRST Hawaiian Outrigger Canoe Club. We are affiliated with the Ka Lama Mohala Foundation. Our paddle season generally runs March - September (weather permitting). May 3rd - Wa'a Rigging at 10AM
To all those available to help, we will be rigging the wa'a and getting it into the water for the paddle season this Saturday. This may also include some rigorous scrubbing to get some of the oxidation off, so come prepared! Potluck to follow. Word on the street is that there will be tacos, guacamole, and more. Hope to see you there!
