We anticipate our first paddle of the season to begin on Saturday, March 19th (weather permitting).

HUI MEMBERS TAKE TOP HONORS AGAIN!

HUI PAOAKALANI WAS WELL REPRESENTED AT THE RECENT POKE CHALLENGE. CONGRATULATIONS TO HUI PAOAKALANI MEMBERS KA 'OHANA AU AND KA 'OHANA STROUD FOR TAKING TOP HONORS. THE POKE WAS 'ONO AND A FUN TIME WAS ENJOYED BY ALL!

Aloha Everyone,
With the change in weather this past weekend our 2010 paddling season has officially come to a close. Our Wa'a have been covered and stored, and we look forward to a quick winter so we can get back in the water soon!
The Hui will still have various activities planned throughout the winter season. We will post them on the blog as they are planned.
Mahalo to ALL of you who supported the Hui this past season. We appreciate your support! With the anticipation of more interest in our 2011 season our Hui Board will be putting together a more regular paddling schedule with designated times for Kane, Wahine and 'Ohana paddling.

GREAT time at the lake last Friday!

We had a GREAT evening watching movies at the Great Salt Lake last Friday night. Aunty Becki's Seafood Chowder was sooo ono!
No paddle this weekend due to lack of available Hui Members.

Hui Movie and Potluck Friday Night

Aloha Everyone!
Just a reminder...we will be having a Hui Paoakalani Movie and Potluck this Friday night at the Hui Shack.
Potluck starts at 6 pm. Movie starts at dusk.
We will be watching a surfing movie... Riding Giants and/or The Ride.
Popcorn will be provided by the Hui.
Bring your family, chairs and blankets and enjoy movie night under the stars with Hui Paoakalani.
FYI: No Hui Paddle this Saturday.
